ROCHELLE FEINSTEIN
Feinstein deflates the dogmas of modernism with humor and verve, liberally borrowing from different schools of artistic mediums. Her singular project centers painting within culture at large. She reinterprets painting of late 20th-century, rejoicing in materiality while poking holes in the purity of painting.
